Day/Month of Coordinator for Weddings

I know this celebration is a time where everyone is excited and having so much fun planning the wedding.  However, I know at times (especially the day of the wedding) things could become overwhelming and put a real strain on your daughter and you.

The purpose of a "DOC" is to make sure that the bride, your daughter, is relaxed and enjoys every moment of her big day. She will not want to or have to worry about the little details that I would handle for her. Below I have describe briefly what services will be provided if you choose Everyday Celebrations as your “DOC”.

 

Depending on the site chosen, be available for your rehearsal

Provide precision timing for your Wedding Day

Meet with florists, photographers, video, DJ’s, musicians, etc

Distribute flowers, pin boutonnieres, corsages, etc.

Direct the ceremony processional and cue musicians

Hold late guests from entering until after the bridal procession

Assemble family, friends, and bridal party for introductions/receiving line

On-site assistance at the reception facility to oversee all set ups and coordinates all requests from you to vendors

Organize family, friends and bridal party to ensure that photography is taken in a timely manner

An emergency kit is on site (sewing supplies, pins, tissues, etc.)

Handle any unusual situations as they arise

Manage your day in a professional manner
